Placing An Order

We allow you to place an order as a guest but prefer if you make an account. To check out as a guest, simply enter your email address to receive an order confirmation from us and you’re all set! Making an account allows you to track orders and receive upcoming promos earlier than others who have not registered.

Your Privacy

We never sell information to third parties. We will only use your information in accordance with your order and for company promotions, new product launches, and special promotions cater and curated for you.

Use of Cookies

We use cookies to identify you and your likings to make shopping easier. Cookies are bits of information that we automatically store on your computer if your computer accepts cookies. The use of cookies is standard on the Internet and many websites use them. If you do not wish to have a cookie on your system, you can set your browser preferences to refuse them. Order Process

Once your order is placed through it will take about 7 to 10 business days for you to get it to your door! We will send you an email with the order tracking number once your order has shipped from our warehouse.


We ship domestic for a flat rate of $7.00 or free with an order of $150 or more. Internationally, we ship your order for a low flat rate of $12.00 and free with an order of $200 or more.

Returns & Exchange

We will accept exchanges and returns up to 7 days after your order has been delivered. For a full refund, your item must be placed it is original packaging with a unremoved tags, and unworn. Returns and exchanges are done from the customer’s end and postage is covered by the customer. If you are a special circumstance in which you need a return or exchange, please call us and we will sort the issue by case. Partial or no refunds are provided if the item is returned and not able to be resold or restocked. The denial of a refund is in terms with our restocking fees. If the item is unworn and in resale condition, a refund will be granted immediately and returned to your bank account in 3-5 business days or longer based on your payment method.

Payment Options

You can pay through PayPal and we accept all major credit cards.

Promo Codes

Promo codes and coupons are provided by the via email, mail or other means of communication. All codes come from and are valid for the range of time specific on the promotional piece. Terms and conditions on the promotional piece apply at that time.

Custom Pieces

Custom pieces are available as made to order. To receive a custom piece, you must order and/or schedule a consultation 4 months in advance with Rose Paulino. For fitting, you must either send full dimensions to our office or come into our New York City space for measurements during your consultation. Custom pieces start at $220 and prices increase based on custom requirements and additional embellishments.

Limited Editions

Each year, released a line of 4 original handmade pieces. These pieces are sketched, planned and hand-sewn by Rose Paulino and sold as luxury high end swimwear. These custom pieces come in standard sizes of medium and are sold as such. There are no refunds or exchanges with limited edition lines.
